Sometimes your body holds onto stress, emotions, or sensitivities that you can’t quite put your finger on. Kinesiology is a powerful, gentle tool that helps uncover those hidden imbalances and restores your body’s natural flow of energy.
A single session can give you clarity on what your body needs, while regular (2-3 yearly) sessions can support you in releasing stress, overcoming blocks, and improving your overall wellbeing.
What is Kinesiology?
Kinesiology works through gentle muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body. These can be related to:
Food sensitivities & digestive issues
Stress, anxiety & emotional blocks

Each session is tailored uniquely to you. We’ll use a mix of muscle testing and corrective techniques, depending on the needs of the body, such as:
Nutritional guidance (foods or supplements your body responds to)

Physical balancing of the muscles etc to release pain/ tension
