About Ann – Kinfit Holistics

Helping you understand your body – and feel better in a lasting way!

Welcome! I’m Ann Williams, the founder of Kinfit Holistics, and I work with people of all ages who’re stuck or struggling with their health – whether that shows up as fatigue, stress, digestive issues, ongoing discomfort or pain, trouble focusing, issues that never seem to resolve…

My approach is simple: instead of guessing or only working with symptoms, I help you understand what your body is actually trying to communicate.

Through Kinesiology and other modalities, we can identify imbalances – whether they’re pphysical, nutritional or emotional – and support restore balance naturally.

I belive the body already knows what it needs – sometimes it just needs the right way to be heard.

I am an Internationally Certified Kinesiologist, Massage Therapist (ITEC), and Personal Trainer (ITEC) with a lifelong passion for holistic healing and natural wellness. My journey with kinesiology began before I could even walk—I was a client as a baby! At age 16, I completed my first Touch for Health course, and I haven’t stopped learning since.

Having personally struggled with chronic back pain, herniated discs, and many physical injuries (not to mention my own limiting beliefs), I know how life-changing holistic therapies can be. That’s why I specialise in Applied Kinesiology—a powerful tool to help you identify and heal the root cause of physical, emotional, nutritional, or energetic imbalances.

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is the use of a muscle test to help identify imbalances and get to the root cause of an issues in the body. These imbalances can be physical, energetical, emotional, or nutritional. It is a non-invasive therapy that is based on principles of Ancient Chinese Medicine and Chiropractic.

Simply, it is a way of communicating directly with your body –  a way of asking it exactly what it needs

When other therapies or practitioners might only work with symptoms, I work with Kinesiology holistically—addressing the entire body and mind using principles from Chinese medicine, chiropractic, nutrition and more.

Some of the issues that Kinesiology can work with;
  • Indigestion, cramping, bloating
  • Irregular or infrequent bowel movements
  • Food cravings
  • Food sensitivities
  • Low energy
  • Poor sleep
  • Migraines and headaches
  • Unexplained aches and pains
  • Back pain
  • Anxiety, fears, and phobias
  • Poor concentration and coordination
  • Not feeling rested after a night’s sleep
  • Feeling tired all the time
  • Skin rash, dry skin, skin breakouts, eczema
  • Frequent flu, coughs and colds
  • Not feeling like you are living your best life, just going through the motions
  • Hormonal issues
  • Frequently not achieving goals, feeling like you can’t make any progress
What & Where have I studied?

I studied Personal Training (ITEC) and Massage therapy (QQI) in 2019. While on this course, I also started my Diploma in Kinesiology with the Kinesiology College of Ireland in Cashel. This Diploma credited over 800 hours of Kinesiology practise and learning as well as theory and communication modules. Majority of the courses within the Diploma are accredited by the International Kinesiology College (IKC).

In 2022 I decided to do a more detailed course in Nutritional coaching (Precision Nutrition) after some time of working with clients in-person in local gyms.

I’ve also continued adding on to my Kinesiology study and have completed further courses with Sylvia Marina, Padraig King (Brain Gym Ireland), Ger Casey, Dr. Ludovico Feletto and more and I don’t think I will ever stop studying new techniques and developments!

I am also qualified to teach several kinesiology-based workshops including:

  • Touch for Health (IKC internationally accredited)
  • Transforming DNA Memories (Sylvia Marina – IKC Internationally accredited)
  • Stress Release 4 modules (Wayne Topping, Wellness Kinesiology)
  • Biofeedback Essentials (Dr. Ludovico Feletto, Knowlative)
